The purpose of this handbook is to provide information to all employees regarding the policies and procedures of Frame Destination, LLC (which may be listed as the “Company” or shortened to “Frame Destination” throughout this handbook). Frame Destination, LLC was founded by Mark Rogers, a photographer that discovered the incredible world of the digital darkroom via Photoshop and photo quality printers. While searching for picture frames for his prints, he soon learned that retail locations did not offer the kind of ready-made picture frames he was looking for. He wanted simple, elegant picture frames in non-standard sizes such as 13x19, 10x15 or 8x12 inches that would help reduce fading and not cause yellowing. He thought about this problem for a long time and after a lot of research, came to the realization that he could fix it. While conducting the research, he learned there are many people with similar needs. Once he realized others could also benefit… Frame Destination, LLC was established.
