Discipline Policy
Discipline Policy Job Performance Communication between employees and supervisors or managers is very important. Discussions regarding job performance are ongoing and often informal. Employees should initiate conversations with their supervisors if they feel additional ongoing feedback is needed. Generally, formal performance reviews are conducted annually. These reviews include a written performance appraisal and discussion between the employee and the supervisor about job performance and expectations for the coming year. Discipline Procedure Frame Destination expects employees to comply with the Company’s standards of behavior and performance and to correct any noncompliance with these standards. Frame Destination reserves the right to take any disciplinary action it considers appropriate, including termination, at any time. Under normal circumstances, the Company endorses a policy of progressive discipline in which it attempts to provide employees with notice of deficiencies and an opportunity to improve. It does, however, retain the right to administer discipline in any manner it sees fit. This policy does not modify the status of employees as employees-at-will or in any way restrict the Company’s right to bypass the disciplinary procedures suggested. |
