Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Reports to: Operations Director Effective Date: 08/18/2022
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will oversee and assist customer service employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Processing Refunds and Extra Charges, Entering items into QuickBooks
- Social media posts for Marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- New processes and training customer service team
- Checks Daily Customer Service Tasks

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Client Services & Customer Support: 5+ years
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
